The actuator of itself seems to be in good order.......

However, I'm not holding high boost and someone told me that I probably developed a hairline fracture on the 'flap' that attaches to the actuator, causing boost to leak.........

Anyone knows more about this???........any pics. to see where this 'flap' is???

what can be done??

Page 5 - Wastegate flap. Quite common to get hairline fractures in the housing around it.

If you're feeling brave, disconnect the pipe from the actuator, stick a bolt in it and go for a drive. Be very careful with your right foot though as you will be running unlimited boost.

If it still doesn't boost high enough like this, either the spring in the actuator is weak, the diaphragm has split or indeed you have a boost leak somewhere - not necessarily from a hairline crack.... could be any of the boost pipes or blown turbo gasket.
