actuator fitting

my actuators fluctuating the boost a lot and wobbles a lot in the higher gears.
i have a new actuator from forgemotorsport. it looks like a pig to get to the actuator. i have spoken to a local tuning place, who have told me they will do it, however its a three hour turbo off job ? are they right ? or they pulling my chain ?

can it be done in situ ? i may have a go if it warms up ? it is an adjustable actuator. surely i wouldnt have to remove the turbo to adjust the actuator once fitted.

i got problems with mine took me a long long time to take apart and put back. i did have a good look tho and i reck its a manifold strip down for you matie .just give yourself plenty of time to it. just wondering how much you pay for your actuator?
