Abs and electric windows

Anyone any experience in removing these ? interested in the wiring electrics side of it.

one when I remove electric window switch I loose central locking

can I just unplug abs ecu ?

forgive my ignorance been working long hours so aint had the time to search past threads etc so any info would be great

I think when you unplug the switch pack on the drivers door you lose electric Windows and central locking on the passenger door, you should be able to bypass the switch if you find the wiring to it and making it think the pack is connected.

You can disable abs by pulling the fuse for it. For removal you should be able just to pull everything out, you should fit a non abs brake proportioning valve though. Don't think it lights the dash with its control unit unplugged but if it does then just take the bulb out.

I just removed my abs and fitted a non abs proportion valve, some difference it makes to space under the bonnet

thanks both of you. I have a knackard window switch will part unit and put it in foam cable tie it to door before I fit carbon door card and plastic windows.
yep prop valve no probem more the electrics I was checking.so take out relay and just unplug ecu it don't connect to any other stuff or act as a earth for out etc ? dose it put dash light on ?

why not ring a few scrap yards and try and get manual winders?

Plastic windows with cat flap so fixed no need for manual or electric mate. What cars can i get the non abs proportion valve from. Apart from the R's that did not have it fitted. Trying to remember which one was used last time ?
