420bhp & 402lb-ft 'R' SOLD

I've been thinking about moving on to something different for a few months now and the time has come to move onto something with 4-doors - need a family car.
This is the spec as I boought the car from Coxie (Stu) about 6-7 months ago....

Re-bored to 87mm
87 mm JE pistons with JE rings
Crank lightened, balanced, knife edged and polished
Conrods balanced and polished
All new Nissan bearings
Lightened & balanced billet OS GIKEN flywheel
HKS 264 camshafts
JUN Adjustable vernier camshaft pulleys
Full head rebuild including triple cut valve seats, new valves,
Fully ported, polished and gas flowed
Standard manifold ported, polished and Ceramic coated internal & external satin black
Cometic 1.2mm triple layer metal head gasket
ARP head stud kit
ARP conrod bolt set

All trim colour coded except rear number plate surround
Clear side repeaters all round
Front bumper modified to accept front mount cooler core
Aluminium blanking plates either side of I/C core

New standard Nissan badges on tailgate
Sr20 inside logo on tailgate

Interior:-
Fully re-trimmed interior including door cards in black/blue leather
All seats re-trimmed in black leather
Standard interior carpet re-dyed black
Alcantara covered dash board with custom pod housing evc boost controller unit
A-pillar moulded pod with 2 x 60mm gauges oil temp and boost
Lockwood white dial kit
Snap off steering wheel boss
Sparco flash2 steering wheel
B and M shortshift gear assembly
Pillar mounted shift light
The car was mag featured in 2006, just after Stu had finished building it and again the car was featured in Banzai in July this year, where it was voted car of the month I have a disc with 110+ pics of the car showing it's full rebuild and receipts from Stu for around 22k+
Since owning the car I have had the following fitted........
1. 3071r turbo, receipt for £865
2. Full Janspeed system inc elbow and downpipe with 5" slash, receipt for £645
3. MSD ignition system inc control box and coil, receipt for £160
4. Sard 700cc injectors, recepit for £180
5. AEM air/fuel ratio gauge, receipt for £180
6. Knock link mounted in dash, receipt for £100
7. New Koyo rad off anothe member, £280
plus numerious other bits and bobs such as........ new hks filter element, new momo wheel, gear knob, razo pedals, head lamp protectors, wheels powder coated, etc, etc the list goes on.... I reckon i've spent 3+ on the car in the last 6 months alone without labour costs.
The car is running 100% spot on and has just been mapped to 420bhp & 402lb-ft with 327bhp @ wheels and a recent compression test showed 160--162--162--163.
I'm in know real hurry to sell the car and it will be cleaned in the next few days and then left in my garage and not used until it's sold.
Here's a few quick pics of how the car looks now, but will take a few more by the end of the week (inside and out) onced it's been fully washed and polished
The only thing that needs sorting on the car is the back bumper as it has suffered from a bit of heat from been mapped (which I will sort once sold )
Please don't post saying don't sell, etc, etc as my mind is made up as I need a car with 4-doors for the family and will be REAL sorry to see the car go
