4 rubber plugs next to injectors

hi i have an issue with these rubber plugs on the intake manifold that are next to the injectors they keep blowing off how can i solve this problem?

Buy some of ebay, vacuum blanks. New ones will be a much tighter fit

Take off the inlet manifold and get them welded up. Never have one blow off again Extreme but it worked for me

I think I just put cable ties around mine.
