2835/3071r

Meaning to ask this since i bought the turbo it has 2835 on the plate by oil inlet but i bougt GT3071R all the numbers on the box etc are 3071 on garrett website does everyones have this plate just curious. as i thought the trims are different on 2835 or are they the same???
