With that you need to be within certian miles of exchange and not garranted the full connection. cable like me have no limts from there exchanged and unlimted bandwidth and garranted 10 meg connections.
Check your contention ratio, i bet you will never get 24 meg

Yea you're right I don't get 24, I've seen it at 20 a few times but there doesn't seem to be many sites that can dish out 20.
