1 bar boost & HKS PVC FCON

My 'R is off to Hiteq in a couple of weeks for a clutch replacement and am thinking of having some other things done.. Will I need any form of fuel computer to run 1 bar of boost if I go for an uprated fuel pump :?:

Has anyone got or had experience of the HKS PVC FCON ? I've seen there's a couple for sale on the site and was wondering how they match up to something like a Unichip or a seperate AFR + ITC ?

yep i've got one and the car runs spot on, but i've had a few tweeks done and am getting rid of the FCON

Sorry to be dumb but is the fcon just a fuel computer (like the SAFC, etc.)?

I was under the impression that it was a fuel and ignition computer - or may I was just under the influence !
