What are the offset of the wheels ?
I have 215-40-16s on 16x7 rims with and offset of 35mm and they rub the splash guards inside the arches on full lock !
That tyre will give you quite a different rolling circumference to the standard one, around 5 inches actually. It will be 6.8% out meaning that when the speedo is reading 60 mph, you will actually be doing 64.1 mph. The recommended maximum difference is 2%.
I think you may have trouble with that wheel and tyre combination :?
