Walbro fuel pump

Is there anyway to checking if there is a welbro fitted from the standered pump with out taking the pump out..

I do not think so.
You could have a tentative look under the boot carpet and check to see if the black padding has been disturbed or missing around the fuel pump cover. Fauling that, you will need to go skiny dipping in the tank...

normally a walboro is noisy on start up, priming etc
