right, two lag questions.
first has anyone put heat laging on the manifold and turbo?, i know it will keep the engine bay temps down but will it cause any damage to the manifold etc. like cracking it becauce keeping the heat in.

second i might get an antilag map put on my ecu, but i have heard this also might damage the turbo and manifold etc. is it worth it?

Lagging on a SS manifold may cause problems, due to the thickness of cast iron u will be ok. May also be worth getting a turbo jacket.

AL will kill the turbo, would crack a SS manifold but once again cast is thick, if it isnt set up properly. It has its own map.

I had my manifold lagged but took it off as it made it a right pain in the @rse to get to that nut up the back of the manifold, with the lagging there was no room to get a ratchet spanner on.
