Im having a problem with my fuse to my tail/dash light buring out indicating that there is a short somewhere. I looked at the tail lights wires and traced them to the middle console. could not find anything. Any ideas? This is real annoying, can't see my dash and i keep getting reminded that my tail lights are out.

realy tricky one as jap car wireing tends to be in so many diffrent places
you checked you got a good earth connection
what size fuse you trying to put back in out of curiosty
will be something of nothing no doubt

check out you headlamp wiring i fiddled with my o/s headlamp sidelights wiring a few weeks ago and blew that fuse should be 10 amp fuse or blue one.
Out of curiosity i have some previous owners dodgy wiring going on my o/s headlamp, is that fuse suppose to fuse the sidelights taillamps and dash or just dash and tail?
