Budget 4k, as for what spec, there is not a lot around so don't mind.

Would be nice to have something running 280-300bhp with coilovers and no rusty arches.

It looks ok that, it would be nicer to spend the upper end and get a nice clean example.

there is another black one up for 4k but it's missing the rear 1/4 strips for some reason.

Missing the rear arch trim? Sometimes this can be an indication that its had the rear arches done as they dont always put the holes back in the for arch trim and leave it as is.
