over fueling???

hi all
hope someone has some ideas that might help as im stuck. right i had my car mapped and it sempt to be fine it has the apexi power fc then i melted a piston due to my own fault so removed the engine and rebuilt it but now it is sooting plugs up really baddly and smoking but its a very dry sooty smoke from the exhaust, if i remove the plugs and clean them then replace it runs fine but after a while the idle starts to drop as they soot up again, so i am wondering if the ecu fueling wants resetting or if their are any sensors or anything that can cause this, when the turbo was off i checked it out and their wasnt any exsesive play ,all help most welcome:x

If its all just been put back together check for any air leaks... Would cause an over fuel...

Check the ignition system too... Make sure that you are getting a good spark...

Just go through the usual checks really...

Dodgy lamba will cause an overfuel aswel...

Not being run in correctly could be causeing the plugs to oil up...

right ive put the original ecu back on and its running fine now however i have taken some oil out as i had filled it just over the full mark so ill get the dentist to check it over for me on friday when he comes over . thanks you lot
