I will be moving back to the US :usa: in July and since I can't import a GtiR, I'm going to import it in pieces .... well the important parts at least. :-D

My plan is to swap the entire AWD running gear of the GtiR into an early 90's Nissan Sentra SE-R. It has been done a couple of times in the US so I know it's possible and would be one hell of a sleeper!!
I'm looking for the engine, transmission, front & rear drivetrain and suspension. I'm also interested in the bonnet, rear wing and possibly the headlights and front fenders. Basically, everything except the body and chassis.
I had the perfect car for this a few months ago but I stupidly sold it. :doh: I wasn't planning on returning to the US at that time but things change and I'm really excited about doing this project now.
Ideally I would prefer a rolling car with a running engine and a rusted out body in bad condition. (I don't want to break a nice car) I have full access to lifts and tools so I can strip the car down to what I want. I do not care about MOT or tax as the car will be stripped anyway. I will go for all the parts if they are not still on the car but I will have to find some way to transport them to my house. Hence the reason I prefer them on the car.
Upgraded or hispec engines are welcomed and prefered. Also, I will consider non runners for very cheap if there is no major damage to the block or heads and could be a good engine to do a bulletproof, forged rebuild on.
I'm open to offers and suggestions so tell me what you got!!
