Knocking at the wheels

Guys,

when I turn the front wheels(obviously you can't turn the rears!) I usually get a knocking sound..it doesn't matter whether I turn left or right and it sometimes feels as if the wheels are bouncing off the ground.

It sounds like a cluncking noise....just wondering if anyone has any ideas what it could be? Ball joints possibly?

Any ideas would be great.

yeh guess ur driveshafts are gone. check the cv boots for leak pr split.

I had the exact same prob,(and it worried the tits off me) it turned out to be one of the ballancing weights on the inside of the wheel smacking against my shock!. That prob wont help much but its worth a look.
