JIC alloys?

Hi lads, anybody come across any alloys from JIC before? I'm just having my frankly atrocious rims refurbed, and on closer inspection they have the JIC stamp on the back. Havent seen anything of JIC alloys before. Anybody have? :?

Also, if anybody can point me in the direction of some info on JIC or Nismo alloys, I'd be a very happy bunny! :D
