Is there a big difference with power at the wheels and hubs?

Could be as much as 30 bhp as connecting to hubs eliminates losses caused by tyre sizes(slight differnces due to wear) tyre scrub, pressures etc even the operator not holding the car dead straight can affect the readings on a normal rolling road.
