right ive had abit of turbo trouble and now have fitted a
turbo technics hybrid after the old one blew up in a cloud of blue smoke :lol: .
the problem ive got started 24 hours before the turbo let go
at high revs 5k plus it starts popping and it feels abit low on power.
im running 1bar boost can anyone shed any light on this.

Might be worth you including what other mods you have done to the car.

Popping while on the gas can mean over fueling

It could be over fuelling, but it might be worth doing a compression test. Or checking the plugs (gaps, condition ect)

not long had some denso iridium plugs fitted (3 weeks ago)
and tonight ive fitted new ht leads,rotor arm & dizzy cap.
the only other mods on the engine are forge dump valve,hks mushroom
filter & bleed valve to get 1 bar boost.
other than that its stock.
