HELP ! Don't know how to adjust my front GAB suspension!

Anyone got this adjustable suspension on their 'Rs :?:

Adjusting the rears, no probs there as there's a lovely big dial on the strut.

Came to adjust the fronts....no markings, no dials, nothing apart from a screw mounted in the top of each one...

I'd been informed that turning clockwise stiffens and anti-clockwise softens but there's no "click" when you turn the screw and the car doesn't seem to be any different no matter which way it turns.

HELP :!:

The screw at the top should have a sticker on it to tell you which setting its on...

There are 4 settings on the fronts... 1 - 4... Don't have my car here so can't look to see which point is where...

Sods law...looking on the internet just after I posted and saw a site selling GABs'...and low and behold there's a picture of the dial on the front struts :roll: :!: Shame mine hadn't got the sticker on :roll:
