crazy idea for angel eyes

i was thinking of making my own angel eye lights, you can buy the lights seperate and mount them inside your own units, i was going to spray the mirror bit black
all i need is a set of donor lights
i think they will look the dogs

Unless you get some mirror finish black paint, this won't work I'm afraid.
Due to the design of the lamp, the mirrored part is vital for it to be able to project the light, as well as it does. You paint it black and a lot of that light will be absorbed, and the headlamps performance will take a serious nose dive. They're not like projector lamps that have integral reflectors !
