clutch fork rattles

hi

hope someone can help me with my wee problem . right here we go when the car is ticking over the clutch fork rattles and when i press the clutch in the rattling stops .it sounds like it's getting worse and i'm not sure how to fix it .

Thats sounds more like the clutch release bearing has gone rather than the fork ;-)

If it has then its gearbox removal time!

i must admit gaz, that rattle does sound like a bearing, but if the car is hard to get into gear, and crunches etc, you might aswell fire on a new box from pulsarboby
