How fast is fast? lol
Get a car needing welding and I could build a quick car for that money, pm me if you want more details

Double it, and you can have Danny's beast.
Well I did ask for pics but just got told there in a magazine, I tried to search the forum for details and found no details on spec or pics...

I would be interested in it if it was a cheaper (im sure he could remove/swap a few bits to get it cheaper) if I was spending that money I'd rather buy a lancia delta

Maybe he suspected you were only interested i buying half a car?

lol, clearly he didnt know anything at the time...

but with all seriousness, it would be far easier make the car suitable for someone on a tigher budget, by either selling few bits and then swapping non essential parts back to standard or those of less value, and then selling it as a running car you end up with everything gone, to break the whole car would take years to sell everything.

You couldn't take things off danny's car to make it cheaper it's already stripped out, It wont run with out the ECU the gearbox would cost over 10k to build again, If he was going to starting taking bits off then he might as well just break it, I had the same problem with my 500 bhp one years ago I ended up stripping it in the end, All the parts actually went very quickly and I made back 22k, Still no were near what it cost me to build but still better than the morons who think you can pick up something like this for peanuts where offering that's for sure.

Are you wanting a track car, drag car, road car?

Are you going to rally it or just race your mates in their scoobies so you can have a big head?

Need to be more specific what "kind" of car you want?

well i dont know because there are no details on the car...?

im sure there will be some expensive parts on the car he could change to standard or other modified parts, its alot easier to swap over just a few of the expensive bits rather than break the car.

eg: suspension/exhaust/intercooler/brakes/wheels/bodyparts ???

i could probably even get more money or do some other deals with him some how after xmas, but if i cant even see pics of it iv no hope.

you can get a good car for £7000, but not Danny's car. It will cost over 25k to build a car like that. If you start removing bits to save money, you will end with a non running car.
Average fast gti-r is one thing, beast gtir built without cutting corners is another one.
You can't get a Delta with £7000, at least not the Evoluzione one. Evo is a very good car, but drive both, and you will go for the gti-r.

to be honest if it had standard brakes fitted id count it as a non runner lol, but that way i can upgrade it back up again in my own time when i get the money...

i know you cant get one for £7000, but you can for £13,000.

Beau, my car would not be worth putting to a lesser spec....simple as, everything works in harmony, a standard gearbox would last about 5seconds with 500lbft of torque, you would die if you changed the brakes to standard.....Jesus it does 0-100 in 6 odd seconds....which is faster than a gtr35 a and most bikes, and as said there are pictures everywhere....I found some by typing Danny's 500hp gtir in google.

i did say id class it as a non runner on standard stuff, purely just to move it about until i could upgrade them again!

anyway upto you, if you want to see it sold as a whole, i am interested minus a few bits.

and thanks, but i didnt know you was known as danny, i didnt know where or what to search for.

Complete false economy mate, better to find the extra cash now if you can. You might save a couple of grand by buying without this or that but then to return it to a correct working spec' you'll end up spending 5 times that.

To be completely honest its clear that Danny's is not the car for you. You'd be better off finding a tidy well built forged car with a Quaife gearbox and a GT3071 with uprated brakes and suspension (similar to mine before I decided I wanted more lol).

probably for the best i agree, just depends what comes up, i did say im happy with 450bhp ish, i just dont want to see dannys car get broken up, hence the offer to buy it with bits missing lol

Reliable 450hp ish is fairly easy to do, when you go over 500 and want reliability then it costs money.....if you try to cut corners it will fail.
