O2 sensor voltage?

Hey ive plugged a consult cable into my car and the o2 sensors reading 0v does this mean the 02 sensors buggerd?

Is the engine running, has the sensor warmed-up? - Don't forget that it's a titania sensor so doesn't generate it's own voltage; it changes resistance instead.

Yip at running temp, i noticed the wires a bit buggerd, what reading should i be getting at the consult cable? Can you buy ne o2 sensors?

Titania has 5v reference and signal value varies from somewhere around 0.4v to 4v lean to rich .
Can buy universal sensor cheap enough if needed
