Am after buying a decent modified pulsar any age upto 1992.

though cheaper classic insurance is more restrictive on mileage maybe useful if you have 2 cars and maybe use the gtir once or twice a month.can also be worse than normal insurance on trying all they can not to pay out if you have an accident

Thats why am looking for decent pulsar. Only going to take it out on the weekends plus i've got my diesel for my daily driving :)

i have a well known forged pulsar that will soon be up for sale with rare optional extras, big brake kit etc etc.
or track based car also with forge engine and msa approved cage

Just for info, I tried everywhere to insure my 91 R on a classic insurance policy, but the modifications meant that no classic underwriters would touch it. Too many mods = no classic insurance. In my experience at least.

same as with me, classic insurance means very limited mods---deffo no roll cages!

Argue the toss with them Danny, at first they hummed and aghhhd but after I said they'd already insured me on another gtir and that they were insuring a friends gtir with a rollcage they said they would phone the underwriters... ;)
