Late version standard gearbox housing (believed to be the strongest version) crack tested, shot peened and cryo treated.

Gbox was built using all new nissan bearings & new Quaife Gearset which has been shot peened, cryo treated then polished (this is about as strong as your going to get the pulsar gearbox without exterior bracing) = £2200 or £2500 with OS Giken twinplate clutch/flywheel.[/B]

update:

I've not started stripping the car as yet as I have a few jobs to catch up on and it will be a few weeks before I get on to it.

When ready all the parts will be sold on a "first come first served" basis, ie the part is still for sale and available until payment has been received. You can buy the parts in advance of me removing if you wish.
I will not reserve items or take deposits.
Please don't make me stupid offers on the parts.
All payments to be made via Paypal (if you don't have a Paypal account you can make payment via a credit/debit card) and parts will either be shipped by courier, Royal Mail depending on size and weight or parts can be collected. The car is in Kent.

I'm writing a price list and breif discription of all the parts as I feel this is probably easier than replying to all the questions viaPM individually.

I will post the list here in the next few days.

How much would you be selling the engine as a complete unit Steve?

Really sorry to see your breaking this fine example, the shell would be a good buy for someone also.

Good luck with your future plans.

Ant.

What would you want to be included in "the engine as a complete unit" turbo ? clutch/flywheel, fuel rail injectors e.t.c ? or just block/head/throttle bodies

You would need to take them to an engineer (look in Yellow pages), he would grind or turn a new surface on them, I wouldn't expect to pay more than £30 to get them sorted.

Just added the Schroth 6 point harness I found lurking in the cupboard, still in box, new last summer, FIA approved.
