Plenty of the cheap shitboxes about,but not so many good one's now as they keep being sold abroad, funny how the tight wad's wont pay decent money for a good car in the uk,but people will come from romainia/finland/norway etc and buy them.

Well your opinion of 'two-stroke dave' is a bit off the mark, i would'nt go calling him a wide cnut to wildly as he is a well liked member.

yes dave certainly isnt a 'wide cnut' as you nicely put it, he happens to be a very genuine likeable fella

was quick to spout off that i should go find myself a shitter and all because i said to pay his asking price id like proof of said rebuild and that the mileage had only just been converted to miles

He probley was,but at the end of the day new boy shooting there mouth's off at respected members will stuggle to get any help, Not all car's have full recipted history but if you know what you are looking for thing's will be ok, O and just to let you know there are a load of dodgy recipt's out there from hiteq rebuild's that are fake,so just because it has a recipt does not mean it has the bit's that are stated on it.

know my way round an engine just dont have xray eyes as to whats inside it hence why receipts is a must for a claimed very recent rebuild

cheers for the heads up on the hiteq rebuilds although i do tend to call the person or company who rebuilt it to corroberate whats what


im a scotsman at the end of the day and if someone gives me shit attitude they will receive same in return


i plan on being an active member of the forum as much as i possibly can and help out with my knowledge as well as ask for some
