Finally decided the time has come to sell the GTIR. One of the best, grab a bargain

Having purchased a new car, i have decided to sell my very much loved Puldar GTIR. The car doesnt even have a stone chip on the bonnet. Immaculate. I should also add, no rust at all anywhere, underneath is just as clean as the top. MOT until May 2013 and Tax until Nov 2012 75k miles. 2 owners from New incl myself. J Plate 1990 so qualifies for classic car insurance (i pay £320 per year) also exempt from emmissions tests at MOT time so no having to remove exhaust.

This car has been cherished throughout its life by both me and its previous owner (also a forum member) and has never been driven in the rain and always garaged. Its in astonishing condition and has always been serviced and maintained without any expense spared. This is the rare find that one special owner will love.

Mechanically perfect and with all original part numbers etc, i have a very comprehensive stack of history and the majority of work carried out was at Norris designs.

i have owned the car for 12 months and it has the Very rare Nismo front LSD fitted and since i purchased it has only done around 1000miles. I paid £5500 for the car and have spent around £2500 on it on Brand new parts to improve its desirability and enhance its appeal.

Since purchasing the car i have added the following

Nismo Front LSD
Whiteline Front/Rear ARB
Whiteline Camber Kit
Yokohama AD08 Tyres
All wheels refinished in Shadow chrome
New Rotor arm and Dizzy
Uprated Fuel Pump
Uprated alloy Radiator
Uprated Mocal Oil Cooler
BC Coilovers fully adjustable
Battery relocated to Boot
Alpine front component speakers (still needs head unit)
Xenon HID Headlights
running 1.1bar boost 315BHP
High flow air filter, spark plugs
Uprated free flowing custom turbo elbow
Decatted exhaust

mods made prior to me purchasing car

Uprated oil cooler
Cat 1 alarm
Mongoose exhaust
4 Pot Billet 4 Brakes 315mm discs
16in Alloy wheels
Boost gauge
Uprated steering wheel MOMO
Genuine Nissan Umbrella in door
Lightened balanced Flywheel
Uprated Helix organic clutch

as you can see many supporting mods but nothing crazy that would be detrimental to the cars reliability. The vehicle still has standard internals and has never been tracked and driven hard. In fact i have been criticised for loving this car more than my new one that cost many times its price.

I would like to accept an offer along the lines of my purchase price £5500, whilst this may seem above the norm, i am prepared to wait for the right buyer who will appreciate the mothering this car has had. I know anyone with pulsar experience will appreciate when a good one comes up and this is such a car. Here are some pictures. Car has just this month had full 4 wheel allignment. Drives beautiful.

ive already had someone get in touch from Sweeden, he has offered to travel over and pay cash. Should this arouse any suspicion?

Not if there coming over with cash if it was a wire transfer deal i might be dubious but sounds genuine if there willing to travel over just make sure the cash is real

Not especially. Sterling is a weak currency nowadays so fellow Europeans are enjoying picking up bargains that seem fairly priced to us. GLWTS

Always worth asking, situations change and cars often come back around a second / third time. For example I didn't think for a minute Dan's old R would be for sale by it's new owner ;-)

Seriously though guys, if you hear of anything for sale in the 350-400bhp region with nice mods, PM me ;-)

Looking for a nippy daily commuter as my RS6 is doing 11mpg on the 23 mile journey into the office and I'm likely to be doing that journey a few times a week as not abroad as much now :)

Not as crazy as you think. If I drove normally to work with the odd overtake and acceleration I'd average about 25mpg. Obviously if you go wild with 450hp it drinks fuel in any car but 95% of the journey the car was cruising below 200rpm so it just acted like a 2l na car

Thanks for the heads up guys, you're right the economy won't be massively better but I am seeing 11mpg pottering when I could be seeing 20 in a GTIR with a moderately heavy foot.. Plus I really need to do the brakes, get the paintwork tidied up under warranty with Audi. Once she hits 100k miles she's going to look tatty as hell :)

Any chance of a link to the one on FB please? I don't use Facebook but I'm sure I should be able to get the missus to have a look :)

There is a closed group called "Nissan GTiR for sale" (or something like that), but I'm not a member of it so can't see anything other than a list of people who are in it.

Don't you need to be friends with the person selling it to see a car for sale? - I'm not sure how that works on Facebook because it's not really a platform designed for selling things.
