The problem is going to be "clean and original paint" particularly if it's Ivory; didn't the last one in that condition fetch over £7,000?

yeah i know it sure is tough  ive looked at 3 so far, black ones seem to be the worst as i rekon all the boyracers go for that colour.

do really fancy an ivory one though, or another grey one. there must be some nice stock'ish ones floating about still.. guess il just have to keep an eye on the forum etc

cheers lads

The irony is that it's Danny who'd got the best Ivory shell left, and look who's posted a reply about how valuable the Ivory ones are...

There was only one Ivory one in the parade lap, but a few grey ones... therefore they must be worth twice as much!

had a little over boost situation and lifted the head on the ivory one, after i had spent a fortune having the under side of the car refurbished (all new suspension ,bush's etc) so i built a new car,new engine, gearbox the lot. the ivory shell is stripped and on a pallet at my house, and it is just a shell with doors and boot now.

So what you're saying is that mine is even more valuable as the only genuine Ivory one that made it around the parade lap... even though the bodywork has seen better days?

So the only ivory one that's still ivory then? - I'm trying to generate a premium for my car so that it owes me nothing when I sell it... and you're not helping! ;-)

Actually, if Ed hadn't suggested it I wouldn't have thought of it by myself.
