I'm sure I've forgot a few things so will update as I remember them. The car currently has no MOT as it's been taken off the road during the bad weather.
I'm part way through tiding up a few things as the car wasn't to my liking when I bought it so whoever buys this will need to finish a few things off which are detailed below:

* The car had harnesses which I didn't like so I bought a full set of seat belts which need fitting.
* The lights indicator lenses front and rear have been blacked out which I don't like, I have bought a full set of lights all round to be fitted. The front lights are currently out of the car!
* There was no washer bottle as there is no room under the bonnet, I have bought two washer bags that will fit under the bonnet or can be relocated to the rear
* The front bumper had some scratches which I have now sanded down ready to primer and repaint so this will need finishing and putting back on the car
* There is a small patch of minor surface rust on one of the rear arches but I've looked underneath and inside and found nothing else.
As soon as the car sells I will refit the bumper and the replacement front lights so the car can be driven however it will need to be taken away on a trailer due to the MOT and seat belts!

I did have plans for a Quaife this year but lets just say the new year didn't exactly start well for me :(
The gear box is standard but has been fine so far and given me no problems.

The car is extremely fast and has been well looked after, it's immaculate inside so I'd prefer to sell as a complete car as I don't really want to break her for parts.

I'm after £7500 ono, Any questions please ask - I'll post some pictures shortly

I bought the car off a chap who is good friends with PulsarBoby. The previous owner was friends with someone who worked at a company who builds engines as far as I know but I'll have to send PulsarBoby a message to see if he can offer any more info.
It drives perfect, with no problems.

I can't believe this has come up for sale.... Just last week I gave up looking for a pulsar (with a 7k budget) :(

Thanks Bracpan, I'm gutted to sell her and will hold out if need be. One of the main reasons I haven't ebayed it is due to the amount of cock$ that will ask stupid questions and offer me ridiculous money.

Your so dam right....a good few of us have built dam good and successfull cars and when it comes to sell them for a fraction of the cost of building them no one wants to know unless we give them away. As I said before if it had a poxy Ford or Cosworth badge on it, it would have gone months ago for double the cost...its realy p***ing me off at the moment..

Just keep it for sale and don't dwell on it, either that or put it back to pretty much stock looking without a roll cage and make the money back on selling the gearbox and turbo, too many people try it on when selling these and think they are worthless...a stock sunny gtir goes for £12,000 in holland.

It a p**s take and i am not selling a car.i know i keep saying it but the man hours alone before you add the cost if you can not do the work yourself is priceless in my opinion

Its not that easy to put my car back to standard the rollcage is custom made (not Safety Devices crap) was fitted behind the dash and many of the interior panels were trimmed to get the fit very very tight...took weeks to finalise. So new dash, new trim , substatial boxing where the cage mounts to remove. Plus many other parts I have remove or lightened...its not a viable option but I also dont have the inclination or time to do it as I am starting the other car soon.
Just have to keep trying, as someone said you only need the one person who likes it....and they are out there somewhere. Might look in Holland ? lol
Thank god I will never sell the next car Im re-building....as I have owned it for 40 years.

LHD gtir are rare,so could be more expensive.

I'm trying everything I can at the moment to keep the car as I really, really don't want to sell it. Well not unless of course it was to raise funds towards buying Red-Readings car :)

There was more Lhd sunny's than rhd sunny's ....so what does it make rhd sunny's!, it's only the uk that sells the cars cheap !
