I might get it MOT'd but it will be a while, I was originally hoping just to get rid before I get her running as If I do I will probably keep it. I have so much on at the moment and I want the car to be serviced and started up properly so no damage is done. Going to need to have some oil dropped down the bores before I fire her up after so long.

Noted regarding EVO's and car trader with yards of houses full of cars and dog shit!. It's been a while since I had my 99 plate GSR so I haven't had a good look at where they rust.... I'm still thinking it's just not a Pulsar and maybe I should increase my budget to get something I'm going to be *really* happy with. Scotty, where is your GTIR located? I'm just off to meet someone who's looking at my missus's old Golf V6 so hopefully that'll go and one less vehicle to tax

agree with above. Rust can be an issue with the evo. It depends on how well the under sealing had been done when it got imported but above the diff is a problem area
