19th Aug : JAPS show at Thoresby Hall, Notts.

[FONT=Tahoma, Arial]Sunday 19th August is the JAPS show at Thoresby Hall and myself and DannySR are organising
the GTIROC stand. In order to represent the club we need as many GTiRs as possible ; it doesn't matter
if your 'R is bog standard or a 500bhp fire breathing monster, we need it!

There's no maximum number for the amount of cars we can have so please sign up - but only if you
know you can make it ! To get the pitch for the stand and cheap tickets we need to get this booked
by Tues Aug 7th (a week on Tuesday) .

Some more details :

Entrance fee (in advance) is £5. Camping is free for the Sat night before the show.

At this point we've not deceided if we'll be setting up the stand on Saturday afternoon / evening or
early Sunday morning; we'll see how many get their names down and what they want to do.

So, if you have that day free and would like to have your R on the stand then put
your name down below. Once again, please only put your name down if you know you can make
it.

TODAY IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO SIGN UP FOR A PLACE ON THE STAND AT JAPS.

Due to the phenomenal response at this point :lol: there won't be a stand to represent the club. (we need 3 cars minimum)

So come on peeps, surely some of you can make it on the Sunday ? Your 'R doesn't need to be in perfect showroom condition or be hugely modified...all we need is some examples to display on the stand!
