can anyone help me with a set of front left and rigth lower splash guards? It's the lower parts that are fitted to the bumper and the upper splash guard (with 3 clips) Here's a picture where the arrow is in the place where the splash guards have to be fitted.

It does, you'll have to use a spacer to clear the gearbox.

It will bolt straight on to the standard manifold. The compressor housing is bigger compared to the 2871. Will do approx. 480 bhp according to the garrett website. It's got a 4" inlet. Turbine side will bolt on too without much problems. In this topic I posted a pic of it...

Anyone in the south London area got a nice set of 17 inch wheels with good tyres on them? I'm in the UK this week so if I can pick up a set of wheels it would be a nice bonus.

Here are some pics of the block/o-ring, there you can see what has been modified to make the gasket fit.

Can anyone tell me more about this headgasket? Is it OEM, aftermarket, thickness etc... It has 391 stamped on it and it has what looks like 2 notches in it on the side (left upper side in pic 2) It's been modified to fit an O-ringed block.

Can anybody help me to an exploded view of the gearbox/diff/transfer case? Been looking for it on the net, but no luck so far...

There is enough oil in the transferbox, so I guess it's just f*cked...I just picked up one at Bob so hopefully that will fix the problem.

The brakes are fine, the noise also doesn't change when braking. Could it be the driveshaft or the transfer box? I'll see if I can get the car on a lift in the next few days and get a listen under there, so I can look for the parts when I'm in the UK.

When driving the car I've got a grinding/rumbling noise coming from the middle/front of the car. It's getting no worse or less if I accelerate or let the car just roll out with the clutch pressed. It also stays the same if I take a corner. Any ideas which parts I'll have to take home with me...

On the 205 I had a 3076R which I liked a lot. When does a 3076 hit full boost (1.6 bar approx) on a Pulsar? With the 205 I had that around 4100 rpm, that's with a compression ratio of 8.5:1 and set up on ron98 fuel. Let's just dat that I'll be happy if the Pulsar would beat the 205. 500+ bhp...

The getting dirty part is no problem, I've been in cars since 1996, even got my own shop since last year, so I know how to put it all together. I've put my 466bhp/515Nm Peugeot 205 GTI together from scratch so I'm not really scared of doing the same with a Pulsar. The pile of parts won't end...

There is a complete folder with invoices from the moment it was imported untill now. Including a big one for the geruild. So I'm pretty sure it's a forged engine. But thanks for the warning.
