No it's a thread tighten. But the small pin is like the pic. Im told they are Goodrich hoses

It all looks ok at first glance. Yes the pin looks like that. Nothing seems loose.

I have changed my oil cooler as it looked like it was leaking, however I have noticed the leak may be coming from a small hole with a ball inside on the hose fitting. What is this for? Is it some kind of release valve? Why would it leak?

that does sound like what mine does now the dif is in. personally id check. it wasnt a difficult thing to access. less than half a day. i guess you could try getting all 4 wheels off the ground and see if all 4 turn when you turn a front wheel.

No the bearing was ok, what do you mean when you refer to shimming?

yes it was inspected. I wasnt expecting knocking through the steering as well as noise thats all. Its most likely normal but it could easily be mistaken for knackered steering if someone drove it without knowing it had an LSD. I heard some say before and after they couldn't tell the...

brilliant, so thats what im doing wrong. Will this then transform the handling for me? does the rubber knob catch on the road when cornering to reduce understeer somehow? Am i best just leaning out of the window when cornering and letting it catch on the road?
