iv tryed a couple of alloy radiators one was a pro alloy and after time i kept having to top the coolent tank up im now using a uk sunny rad that i paid £30 for and its been great

engine rebuild cp pistons cosworth 1.5mm hg arp rod bolts acl bearings etc

the injectors u using all in good working order etc

im not a expert on stuff like this but i would check for a small boost or vacume leek and the plugs

im using hi spec 285mm 4 pots on the front under 15 inch wheels and just stock rears

highest boost on a gtir with a gt3071 i have seen is ashills 2bar dropping to 1.8

this is cheap raley given the spec if i had not already got a r i would snap this up

some people have run close to 400 on a stock engine but i would say 350/360 to be safe

had my pulsar now around 2 and half years and apart from a bent clutch fork its been faultless it still drives great and gives the same buzz as when i first got it its passed it 2 mots that i have took it for in my ownership
