Thanks for that lads i will hopefully get back to work soon and i can keep it but at the minute my house comes first. I know R's done sell for much these days so its not as if the money would last long anyway lol. If i do sell it i would defo get one again i think once you have had one its hard...

did you check your water pump before you put the engine in?

I'm not 100% on this but I seem to think if the water in the system isn't touching the temp sensor than its not reading right, as you say the water is not staying in the system so this could be the reason the fans are not coming in. I could be talking s**t so if i am sorry.

Can anyone tell me if they use this intercooler and is it better than a forge one? Thanks Steve

The back rubber cost me £50 inc vat, the front one is alot smaller so shouldn't be as much. I will say it will take some time for it to come in so faster you get into Nissan the better:-D
