Ok well time has sadly come to put my pulsar up for sale. As some of you may have heard i have been offered a job in Australia and i have decided to take the job so this means my R will have to go:cry: I did look at getting it shipped over to OZ but I don't have the funds to ship her over. I will be leaving around the end of January so that is ideally the time I would like her to go to a new home and I would rather it stay in the club so I'm posting this here first.

As you will know Pulsars in the condition are getting very rare and hard to come by and I believe this has to be one of the best road going examples

The car is is fantastic condition for its age and most importanlty still standard and has not been abused! as you will know theses car are becoming very rare now and could now be classed as a classic!

It drives fantastically well with no knocks and bangs. Handles great in the corners as it should do with the All wheel drive system working spot on.
-Engine is in great shape with no knocking or tapping and still very low milage for its age. Lots of service history so has been looked after from day one.
-Body wise is in mint conditon with no scratches or dents (see further down for info on 3tiny dents)
-Gearbox is lovely and smooth with no nasty stiff gear changes.
-Interior is in great shape to with no rips or tears and no nasty stains! still has the orignal Pulsar Carpet mats and flare! No unbrella sadly the last owner didnt keep it in the car.

some details on the vehicle

-It was Imported February 2010 on 78km from ProDrift UK
-1 Japanese owner and I am the first UK owner)
-Still has original Pulsar carpet mats,Flare, manual,Nissan Wind deflectors on both doors and even orignal battery!
-full service history from Japan and has had 1 service here in the UK (have loads of paper work from japan showing all the milages and vehcile check overs etc...
-Fully under sealed before even touching UK roads (so not a spot of rust on her and most importantly no rusty rear arches!)
-Radio and Speedo Converted so now reading 90km which works out around 60k
-Engine Starts on the key and revs to around 1100 for a couple of mins till she's warmed up and drops to just under 1k
-Oil pressure is spot on and sits at 6 when cold and just under 4 when warm (idle) Runs on Silkolene PRO S and have loads spare for topping up but saying that I never had to top her up.
-Car is always warmed up and cooled down
-Always run on V-Power 99ron

Car has a few minor mods that where on the car when imported (mainly suspension)

-Full set of Tein Coilovers with topmounts
-Rear Camber Bolts
-Front Strut brace
-Rear strut brace
-Center brace
-Whiteline? four point brace at the front
-Short shifter
-HKS Panel Filter in original airbox
-Performance Leads (unknown)
-Braided brake ad clutch lines
-Fuel tank does have a walbro fuel pump in so can safely run 1 bar of boost)

Also to note I have all Original parts still that came with the car when imported (shocks, springs, shifter,) there's loads of parts I cant remember them all

Car does now have a few bad points but I'm aiming to get them done before she goes

-Towing eye cover has been robbed over last few nights
-3 tiny dents in the rear left hand 1/4 panel when yobs threw bottles at it
-passenger window has decided it doesn't like going up and makes a loud noise so needs to be helped

I have just put 6months Tax on
MOT runs out in feb 2011 but I will stick a years on when she sells

Viewing is welcome and if viewing on a Saturday can be arranged to be seen on a ramp to view underneath to show how straight and Mint condition it really is.

Test drives are fine but will need the right insurance or I will be doing the driving

First to see will buy this Great condition stock example of a classic car that are geting very rare in this conidition

I'm sorry you're selling mate, but good luck in Oz! This is the cleanest standard car I've ever seen and well worth every penny of the asking price, I suspect the first person to see it and knows about R's will snap it up.

Lovely car mate, shame you have to let her go but R's are quite a big thing in Oz so you'll find another!

GTIR are not selling at the moment full stop. £4500 is a high price for a standard car. Even if it is a minter, in my opinion anyway.

Had a few people interested but all want to part exchange. I have dropped the price as well:)

Ive seen plenty of modified R's which people claim are worth 4k, on the whole they aren't. This car is the cleanest original R I've ever seen and is definatly worth 4K. It would suit someone who could put it away and bring it out in 10 years when the value would have increased, where as the 4k modified cars in 10 years time will have been broken, covered in rust, cost the owner at least twice what they paid for it in repairs and still only be worth 4K if they're lucky when they come to sell. you would not get a modified car that is this structually sound or clean for 4K.
