I was going to stick my 2p in but I see someone's already linked to the thread where I was having problems with my catch can filling up on track. Definitely put the standard metal pipe on the right of the rocker cover back in ;) Its there for a reason as I found out!

1220kg for a standard aircon model or 1190kg for an RB is the weights from the brochures. Mine is a Sunny so no aircon and was 1180 on a ministry weighbridge, but I've got a lightweight fibreglass bonnet, carbon bucket seats, manual windows, all the heavy engine brackets removed and mongoose...

I would say well over 1100kg, despite what the weighbridge at the alpaca farm says ;)

Easy way to tell the difference between boxes is RB top speed in 5th is about 120 odd mph ;) 360bhp is perfect for a road car, leave it alone now else you'll start hating it when it breaks all the time :p How much have you stripped out to get it that light :eek:

Bit late now (sorry!) but if you undo the transferbox end casing and slide the front diff out the box comes off easy :p Saying that I used to just drop the engine most of the time as its a lot easier to separate the engine/box on the floor.

Nothing wrong with being 43 ;) Although I still think I'm about 20 and carry on doing stupid shit on 2 and 4 wheels :rolleyes:

It'll usually say in the instructions a certain distance from the turbo and on an angle to prevent water collecting, I put mine just past the flexi section of the front pipe as it sits nicely in the tunnel away from the prop and the wiring runs up the bulkhead behind the steering rack. My old...

The AP racing 4 paddle clutch I've currently got fitted isn't grabby or harsh so you'll be fine with a 6 paddle ;)

Having dropped my subframe the other day I know the feeling of relief when that happens. Breaking one of those would have been a massive pain in the arse!
