Pulsar Gtir Front Brake upgrade to 294mm 4x 100 discs

Hi All,

I'm currently have a set of Drilled & Grooved Discs being made for my Gtir, to go with the Mitsubishi Outlander/Evo 2 pot calipers.

The Specs are:
Outer Diameter: 294.0mm Thickness: 24.0mm Height: 40mm Bore Inner Diameter: 61.0mm Studs: 4 x100

These in theory will bolt straight on, and also no need a spacer in between the hub and disc as it will be the correct offset.

Would anyone be interested in a set for the front of there Gtir, Almera, Primera, Sunny?

I will get some prices if enough interest?

This will be a very cheap conversion if so, calipers and carriers can be got for £100 odd new, and then its just the disc and pads, no machining involved apart from drilling out the hub holes slightly.
But if I had enough interest could design a new carrier to bolt straight on without any drilling needed, but the price would go up.

cheers

Good offer, I have my own set-up, but others should follow this up. A 24mm thick disc would be excellent for dissipating heat.

So far at an estimate they're around £70 a pair of front discs, but this will vary on what spec you want too?

I can get them Blank, Grooved and Grooved and drilled.

Every disc will be balanced like OEM spec

Would people be interested at that price?
P+P would be on top but that's not alot.

And these would be a straight bolt on.

Cheers

Looking at most of the suppliers the Oem and aftermarket ones range from 24mm min to 26mm max.
The Disc's i was looking at having manufactured would be 24mm min.
Also bearing in mind you gained 38mm more material on the radius. And be running 2 pots not a single.
