How many on the road

Its seems to me after reading on here alot of R owners have the R off the road.

Just curious to see how many owners on here have them still on the road?

If your R is off the road please tell me why?

Mine has spent time in the garage for new gearbox, apart from that its been fine.

off the road until I get my new engine and clutch. Spun my rod bearings and my clutch is slipping! get the motor friday!

Mines on the road for 2 years. Only been off for 1 weeks while clutch was changed but know about this when I got the car.

I only use mine on the weekend so i can afford to pay for the mortgage instead of spending all my wages on fuel.

putting new engine in mine. and that has now been stalled due to some thieving smack heads breaking into my unit last weekend and nicking all my tools and engine crane!!!! ive got a XXL vice ready for thier fingers!!!

drove mine for two years as an everyday car, then took it off the road beginig of this year,
re-insured it in july then cancelled it again end of august. Just not as intersted in it as a road car no more and want to get it ready for some track days.

Use mine everyday mate no probs for 13 months now since i've had it see loads in and around the west midlands

Mine was on the road for the first 4 years, then off the road for the last 6 years, because i just dont use it.
all it needs is MOT and fluids changing to get it back on the road.

i am choosig to take mine off to get clutch gbox and rebuild head for next year lol iv had my r a while now and no faults exept clutch slip touch wood :thumbsup:

Mines been off the road for a few years now :cry:, had a new rebuilt engine and MOT. Now its having a full re-spray in standard colour. Will be selling it soon. Going to import another awesome R from Japan with low miles! 8)

Mine will be back on road this weekend, had the car 2.5 years and been on road for 4 months tops??!! 3x engines, 2x turbos, 2x transfer boxes, 2x gearboxs, 2x clutches!! Mine is an abosloute bastard!! lol but i love her when she does work!

Off the road after an epic list of MOT failures... but being re-tested after a quick clean-up to see if fails at a different test station.

Mine is back on the road, was off since Nov last year due to headgasket and oil pump going. Passed it's MOT on Monday!!
